SHIPPING POLICY
Orders are processed within 3-7 business days for domestic ONLY IF THE ITEM IS IN STOCK.. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information via email.
Shipping delivery times may vary depending on carrier services, holidays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen delays. Pretty in Place is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers once packages have been transferred for delivery.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Pretty in Place is not responsible for lost or delayed shipments due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
RETURN POLICY
We want you to feel confident with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, returns may be requested within 10 days of confirmed delivery receipt.
To qualify for a return:
• Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Items must be returned in original packaging
• Proof of purchase is required
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
For hygiene and safety reasons, Pretty in Place reserves the right to refuse returns showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or misuse.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items are non-returnable:
• Final sale items
• Clearance or promotional items
• Gift cards
• Worn or altered products
REFUNDS
Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
EXCHANGES
At this time, exchanges are handled through the return and repurchase process unless otherwise approved by customer support.
